Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10041 now available




Microsoft has released Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10041. The company has 

 announced that the Build 10041 will be available for preview users.




The update to the Windows 10 Technical preview includes a couple of minor updates and 

 some design tweaks. First up, there is a new transparent look to the Start Menu and the 

 background has also received a faded look.

The All Apps list is easier to use for tablet owners  and comes with a larger button. Moving 

 on, the virtual desktop has been improved as you 

 can now drag and a window to the “+” icon to both create a Virtual Desktop and move the 

 window to it in single step. A filtered Alt+Tab has been added so you only see the windows 

 on the given Virtual Desktop.

 Microsoft’s virtual assistant is now live for China, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and 

 Spain besides the US. Other additions include an improved network access menu and a new 

 lock-screen. Finally, there are a number of enhancements to the Photo app that now shows 

 images from OneDrive in the Live Tile image rotation. Additionally, Photos now supports 

 RAW image files from many camera models.

What is 802.11ax WiFi, and do you really need a 10Gbps connection to your laptop? If you thought that your new 802.11ac router’s max speed of 1,300Mbps was pretty crazy, think again: With 802.11ac fully certified and out the door, the Wi-Fi Alliance has started looking at its successor, 802.11ax — and boy do the early draft specs and transfer speeds look good. While you will probably be hard pushed to get more than 400Mbps to your smartphone via 802.11ac, 802.11ax should be into the 2Gbps+ range. The Young Nigerian Developer

Every known developer in this world had a starting point. I was reading a blog post on  TechCrunch Onion  website about the winners of Techcrunch Disrupt NY 2017 Hackathon and I noticed that the winners were not more than 17 years of age and worked on virtual reality. In my mind, I was trying to convince myself that it is because of their location that is why it is like that.  But, Forget! That is no excuse. We can do much better too.
