What is 802.11ax WiFi, and do you really need a 10Gbps connection to your laptop? If you thought that your new 802.11ac router’s max speed of 1,300Mbps was pretty crazy, think again: With 802.11ac fully certified and out the door, the Wi-Fi Alliance has started looking at its successor, 802.11ax — and boy do the early draft specs and transfer speeds look good. Diamond Bank Introduces Fingerprint Recognition Feature On Its Mobile App

Leading retail bank, Diamond Bank Plc, has announced the launch of a finger print recognition feature on its  Mobile App,  a first in Africa. The service, an iOS Touch ID, is a fingerprint reader that allow users of the Mobile App an easy and seamless login to their accounts by simply recognizing and identifying their individual fingerprints. Speaking on the new feature, Ayona Trimnell, Divisional Head, Corporate Communications of the Bank stated that the introduction of the unique feature will remove the burden of forgetting or having to remember the user ID and Password for account holders to login for their respective business transactions. We are pleased to announce the launch of the Touch ID feature on the Diamond Mobile App. This means that Diamond Mobile App users that have iOS devices can now login to their accounts with just their finger prints as an alternative to entering a User ID and Password. Microsoft adds Project Spartan browser in latest Windows 10 build

Microsoft has launched a new Windows 10 preview for PCs and this one comes with  companies much talked about  Project Spartan  browser. The browser will ship with the  latest  Windows 10  version on smartphones, tablets and PCs. Project Spartan, the Internet Explorer successor, is touted as a browser that is made for  easy  sharing, reading, discovery and getting things done online.” The latest build number is  10049 and includes a preview version of the new browser. Project Spartan comes with  Cortana, the company’s digital assistant that lives in both current builds of Windows Phone  and Windows 10. The browser includes ink support, reading list/reading view and the new  Spartan rendering engine.
